Whitefish Lake and Les Mason State Park

We've biked up to the Whitefish Lodge and to Les Mason State Park a couple of times so I have combined those trips in one blog.
This day there was a wooden boat show going on and we caught the tail end

They are beautiful boats but boy are they a lot of work

Here's something more up my alley
We biked to Les Mason State Park about 5 miles one way

Tucson got a break once in awhile

He met a nice Irish Wolfhound puppy to play with

Next time we drove and rented a paddle board for the afternoon.  Wasn't sure if Tucson would ride on it, but he did good, even when I thought I saw a dog wading in the water by the shore.  Turned out to be a deer!  He whined a bit but didn't jump ship.
Some ski boats went by and when a boat and Tube went by I turned into the wake but then the wake became waves and washed over Tucson.  He started to jump ship but I dropped down and grabbed him and managed to stay on myself.

 Back to Shore
