Trip South - Denver to NM

Last Day in Colorado.  Dinner out the night before with Gary's daughter and family.

We head South to New Mexico via 285

It is a beautiful drive

Tucson looks longingly at the snow

 

 

Think we are getting out ahead of the snow

 

The colors are changing to gold

  

We go through Fairplay

and Buena Vista

 We make it to New Mexico. Had planned on stopping at Alamosa, CO but it was still early.

 

We arrive at our destination, 100 miles further than planned
