Off to Steamboat for the Weekend for Gary's grandson's graduation. Since Trail Ridge Road is open we take that to Steamboat and will return via Nederland on the way home to visit Judy and Hughes before leaving Estes Park for Whitefish, MT
It's still pretty white up top
Snow disappears
A campground we pass has some Elk taking over some of the sites
The Graduating Class is only 9. They show pictures of each student
Gary's daughter and family
Gary's grandson Jacoby was the class speaker
Afterwards we enjoyed a fantastic dinner at the Oar House
Gary gets to know his great-grandson Jax
Tucson has to get a kiss in
We even have time to do a hike back up to Fish Creek Falls. What difference a month makes!
Well time to head back to Estes Park and let them know we quit!
Oh look - a new welcome sign since we left
It will be nice not to have to watch for car loads of Muslims who will sneak into our bath house and wash their feet in the sink, or call 911 if the cable company comes in to disconnect the cable they are no longer paying for, or throwing someone out because they had a kennel outside for their 6 lb dogs.
