Our last day in Gettysburg, we take advantage of our last free ticket from the Campground for the Lincoln Train Museum.
Abe keeps an eye on Gary
The tour starts with a series of small TV presentations down a hallway.
Next we watch the Lincoln Funeral Train make it's way across the country
We then step into the train with Lincoln's casket. The train rocks and rolls as we hear about the journey the president make to his final resting place.

The train was originally made to be Lincolns Touring car. Ironically he was supposed to take his maiden trip the day he died and it became his funeral car instead.
There is a large collection of model trains
A large operational model train display
On our way back to the Campground, we head back through the Battlegrounds and stop at the Observation Tower.
I start up by myself but it looks like Gary decides to follow.
Off in the distance is the Eisenhauer Farm. If we can't extend our stay, we plan on stopping there on our way out.
A view to the Battlefield
and the Peach Orchard which is in bloom
The Pennsylvania Memorial
We get back to the Campground thinking maybe we will ask if they will give us the 1/2 price rate for one more night, but find the place full with BIG buses.
No chance of extending so we hook up and head to the Visitor's Center to Park and catch the bus to the Eisenhauer Farm.
