On Gary's bucket list was to play golf in the Carolinas.
No time like the present! Being Spring break, all the PGA courses are booked. I found a course on line that looked nice so we gave it a try.
It was a beautiful lush course and in really nice shape. We played 9 holes and didn't do that great but still enjoyed it.
We decided to take a private lesson from the resident golf pro Scott Tanguay
Went back on Friday to play 9 holes on the back 9.
Gary is looking pleased with his drive on this Par 3 hole
I was impressed and yes he birdied it.

I managed to get a birdie on the last hole - a par 4.
Guess the lesson was worth it! I also went for the Ladie's golf clinic later that day.
$30 for a 1.5 hour lesson
Which included a drink
Hopefully we will get to play again not too far down the road.
