Trip North - Salt Springs to Skidaway Island

 Leaving Florida.

 

and entering Georgia

an easy drive to Skidaway Island outside Savannah

a new Office and some nice trails

We do the Sandpiper Nature Trail

 A nice boardwalk

and Salt Marsh

We get to the River and the boys take a break

This Pelican and Laughing Gull were hanging out together.  Whenever the Pelican took off the Gull followed

 A strange union for sure

 Tucson hopped over this snake - harmless I hope, think it might be a yellow rat snake.

 

I prefer birds!

 

 Tomorrow we will venture out to Wormsloe State Historic Site
