After Lunch we head to Hopewell Rocks
We head to the Flower Pot Rocks
It's a winding wooded descent
The second stair-master of the day. You can walk out from 3 hours before to 3 hours after Low Tide - so today from 1:40 pm to 7:40 pm. Hopewell Rocks have one of most extreme tidal ranges in the world: up
to 16 meters (52 feet) vertically. Waves and tides twice per day have
eroded the base of the rocks faster than the tops, leaving arches and
curiously shaped formations

The Emergency Tower in case you lose track of time and
get caught in the returning tide - hope you packed a picnic lunch because you will be waiting 6 hours.

Back at the top of the stairs you can see how far the tide has gone out while
we were down below
