St. Augustine, FL - Last week in March

Can't believe it is our last week here.  Time to take some Motorcycle rides before it gets picked up to ship back to NY.  Finally made it to Buc-EE's  gas station that just opened up just north of us.

This place is huge.  It has a  53,000 sq. ft store and 104 gas pumps,

Even a Sausage and Jerky Section (this is only 1/2 of it)

 Even the bathrooms are impressive

No place to  sit and eat though so we finally make to Jim's Place for lunch

 Another sunrise

and a final Bike Ride

We get to have dinner with my friend from High School who lives in Palm Beach who came up to St. Augustine for the weekend.

My favorite spot - The Conch House.  We got there a little before 5:30 and were told a 2 hour wait.  The time flew while we waited at bar.

Worth the wait as we got a Tiki Hut and a great meal.

Time to use up that coupon I got for the Colonial Quarter

I hate it when a project blows up in your face

 They had a stair-master!

Great view of  Castillo St. Marcos

Time for the Motorcycle to head north.

One last look at Crescent Beach

Our time here has come to an end - tomorrow we start the journey north!

A Bike ride out to lunch with friends at Red Frog McToads

A quick stop at the Beach to check out the Spring Break crowds

and saw this Turtle munching his way along

A stop along the river for a quick break

and Lunch destination - Woodpecker's Backyard BBQ

I finally get a new to me bike to replace the old one which was too small and on it's last legs, so we take a ride on the St. Augustine to Palatka Trail

Had quite a headwind heading out

Hastings is the Potato Capital of Florida

A nice ride.

St. Patty's Day corned beef and cabbage was delayed by a couple of days and then devoured it before I though to get a picture.

We had home made Lobster Mac and Cheese with Goat Cheese and White Cheddar

Went golfing at Grand Reserve Golf Course in Bunnell.

This guy was keeping an eye on our balls

What's that dark spot just past the bend in the water.

Something else keep an eye on the balls!

I over compensated and went way right!

Too many indulgences this week so back to salads

and our exercise park
