Well, it's Wednesday and I was supposed go to Silver Bay to get my much overdue haircut and do grocery shopping but got a call that my appointment was cancelled and so rescheduled for tomorrow. What to do? I guess we can always extend our morning walk to Temperance River.
First things first, got to catch the sunrise

We decide to try and find the Superior Hiking Trail that will take us back to the Cross River and home. Didn't have a lot of luck trying to do it the other way, got lost with a dead cell phone but eventually go to the River.
We come to a road and a sign for parking for the Superior Hiking trail

1.9 miles to go
Why did I think there wouldn't be any stairs?
Well I guess they give us a view of the Lake

Well, made it the 1.9 miles and looks like another 1.5 to the parking lot which is about .5 miles from home.
Oh look, a rest area and bathroom, doesn't look like it's been used much.
Made it back to parking lot, looks like 3.5 miles from River plus the 2.5 from home to the Temperance junction. and 1/2 mile to go.
Cross River Falls, almost home
Home and it's a nice day and only 10 a.m. So I decide to start the Screen I have ordered.
